The methods and materials used in adding sun-powered solar electricity to your home have steadily improved, especially in the last 10 years. Never before has it been easier and cheaper for the average homeowner to be involved in a big part of the requirements themselves! Better yet, the materials now are more efficient and lighter, and there are more options.

Incentives, increasing use, and lower prices now are making solar use in homes more popular than ever before.

You probably don't have time to first take a 20-week solar basics course-- and then attend the advanced courses that follow. We have that needed specialized knowledge and we can pass it on to you in a quicker, more direct fashion, with a job-site consultation or a one-on-one training session or a group seminar/'boot camp' or a one-day 'Solar Installation Basics' meeting.

We don't sell any materials or do any installation, so you can count on us for neutral recommendations for every part of the process. For any part of the project that you choose not to do or can not legally do in your area, we can refer you to reliable contractors in your area; if you have done all of the planning and have obtained or chosen the materials, you won't need to pay someone else to do those chores-- nor pay a big 'mark-up' on those materials.
